Reservation;
To ensure prompt confirmation please supply us with the following details; Total pax, Arrival and Departure date, Flight number, Hotel preference, type of the room or other component that will important for your tours.
Rates;
Rates are quoted in us Dollar or Euro. Rates can be change any time without prior notice.
Communications;
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail, phone after our programs is fixed or deal by you or your clients according to your goal doing on traveling.
Payments;
Floresexpedition request an 50% deposit of total tour cost at least 30 days before your arrival in Indonesia
Cancellation;
Floresexpedition Tours will charge you when you are no show on arrival date or late confirmation. We charge 50% when you make cancel 7 days before your arrival due to cover all our bookings.
Responsibility;
Floresexpedition can not take responsibilities to ; Any loss, damages, flight cancellation, delay or any other personal accident beyond our control.
